These models are fan-made unofficial models and are not affiliated with any copyright holder or company.

These models are designed to be used with MikuMikuDance and MikuMikuMoving. They can be used in other 3D software, but I cannot guarantee the result.

When posting videos or still images using ReGi-style models, please only post to NicoNico, Twitter and Youtube. Also please include Credit when posting:

NicoNico：Add to the content tree, Credit the author.

Twitter：Credit the author (you can put the credit in your profile, not in the tweet)

Youtube：link to this site/original video, Credit the author.

You can freely post videos or still images using ReGi-style models to closed communities such as Discord as long as the author is credited.

ReGi is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of my models.

You are free to make any modifications: such as general modifications, changing clothes or changing into other characters.
However, it is forbidden to re-distribute the modified data using this model data, regardless of haow many modification you have made.
If you use a modified model in a video/still image, please be sure to write that it is a modified model somewhere in your post.

You can use them in software other than MMD/MMM, for example in mods, as long as

it does not violate the terms of the game

The game/software is offline, without any possibility that the model data can be uploaded to the network
(e.g. Fallout4 → OK as long as you don't upload your mod, VRchat → NOT allowed)

it is forbidden to distribute my model data or provide any related downloads.

you can use ReGi-style models to make any video/still image include any unoffical pairing.
However, please be considerate of those who do not want to see it:
when posting videos or still images include any unoffical pairing, please avoid being searched, for example, by not using general tags.
Also, if your works have such contents, please do not post it publicly on Youtube. (You can use limit public/non-public posting).
If you are posting on Nico Nico, please do not use general tags, and use warning images as thumbnails, etc.

Using my models in Erotic and violent work that beyond the original game's CERO are allowed as long as they are within the scope of personal enjoyment.
However, you are NOT allowed to submit this kind of work to Nico Nico and Youtube, not only public submit, private and limited public submissions are also prohibited.
For Twitter, please use private tweets (locked accounts).
Please do not use it in an Icon or Header that can be seen by everyone.

You can post videos or still images used ReGi-style model that include above contents on Discord or other closed communities as long as you follow the rules of those communities.

It is forbidden to use my models in Doujinshi.

All commercial use is prohibited, regardless of whether it has been modified or not: including FANTIA, FANBOX, PATREON and other patron sites, Enty, SIKIMA and other online marketplaces, SKEB and other paid commission.

Using for the following purposes is prohibited：

For political, religious, hate speech or defamatory purposes
